My Mindfulness-Based Humanistic Approach

After the International Conference on Applied Psychology in 2019 with the supervision and support of my teacher, Ovidiu Gavrilovici while studying for my Master's degree I started teaching a Mindfulness Course for students and teachers at the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iași in Romania.

My specialization in Psychotherapy was at the Romanian Association of Integrative Psychotherapy.
My personal development counseling course was at the Romanian Association of Integrative Psychotherapy.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology.
I have practiced Mindfulness and trained my mind for more than 14 years.

My expertise includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness.

My Approach to counseling and personal development is humanistic, I see each person as unique, having their unique self-image and view of the universe they live in. My first step is to understand the ways of thinking of my client and their inner landscapes so that we can navigate and transform them together.

With empathy and mindfulness, I tailor my approach based on the person's inner world and personality.
